“ Not sure how long Vinny's has actually been open, but my Dad worked for Vin when he returned from WWII. I'M 59, and can remember going in there with my Dad when I was 4. There are several "neighborhood" bars in Creston Heights with lengthy histories, but Vinny's has changed the least over the last 80 years. They have a unique self-test to judge your inebriation level at Vinny's too. If you can get down the steep back stairs without falling down them, then you're ok to drive. ”
